Steps for Planning a Tour

1. Initial request
Please fill in a Request Form or contact us directly. We would like to gather information from you in order to come up with a rough travel plan and an estimate of your travel cost.

2. Detailed planning
After your approval, one of our travel consultants will go into detailed planning to come up with a fully personalized itinerary and a final price. During this process, the consultant will work closely with you to fine-tune your plan. Since this detailed planning stage involves intensive work on our side, we require an upfront fee to cover the cost of the work. When our services are arranged, the upfront fee will be deducted from your final price.

3. Payment

Payment can be made either by credit card or bank transfer. For online credit card payment, the page is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the safety of your credit card information. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners and JCB.
