Traveled to Nara and Hiroshima

We would like to forward our thanks to you - we had a great stay in Ryokan Kankaso in Nara as well as in ANA Crowne Plaza in Hiroshima. My family and I were best served in both of the locations and we enjoyed our stay in Japan. We were very impressed with the politeness of the people, with the perfect timing of the trains, with the cleanliness of all locations if pavements, parks, railway stations, subways etc.

Meanwhile my family is already in our home in Austria, and I once again in the United Arab Emirates. So, I will say "Sayonara", hoping to meet and see once again Japan and to be in contact with you.  We have already some dreams: Hokkaido, Okinawa ...., but in the moment these are dreams.

Traveled to Matsue 

Our stay in Matsue at Minamikan was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan in terms of accommodations. Traveled to Hokkaido

Our trip was a smooth sailing and we didn't need to call you for help during the trip! 

Shiretoko was indeed a unique experience.  I enjoyed the snow-shoe forest tour.  I've not gone so close to a deer before! We saw quite a lot of bear paw marks in the snow but did not encounter any.  We went to check out an unused bear house though.  It was very interseting to learn about the trees and animals.  I liked the Japanese inn there as well, we were the only guests on our 2nd day there!  Overall, we are happy with the trip, especially the food!  I'm already missing the food. We'll certainly contact you if we are planning a japan trip again.

Thank you for organizing the accommodations for my family from Australia while they were in Japan.  The view from the hotel room in Osaka was fantastic.  The other accommodations in Tokyo and Kyoto were well located, their facilities modern and clean, and all the hotel staff we encountered were very pleasant.  Your assistance certainly made our travel of Honshu (mainland Japan) a lot easier for me to organize.

Traveled to Kyoto and Tokyo

It was a great journey, thanks to your wonderful support.  The preparations and instructions by Michi Travel were extremely helpful to us.  We found everything we need for a calm and well organized trip with the bullet train to Kyoto and back to Tokyo.  Your route suggestions for Kyoto were also very helpful.  Even with some rain, Kyoto was wonderful.  Your hotel suggestions were perfect to our needs.

Tokyo Private Tour

Traveled to Tokyo, Nagoya, Kyoto, and Nara

Michi Travel Japan was an invaluable partner in our travels to Japan!  We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for personalized service; from a company who truly cares about providing the best possible experience to their customers.
It was our first time to Japan, so naturally we had a million questions.  They graciously answered all of them, and went so far as to providing us with a detailed diary of the best places to see and how to get around.  All of the suggestions were wonderful because they came from their own personal experiences (the staff have lived in Kyoto, Nara, and Tokyo for years)...we felt as though we had a personal guide who got us past all of the traditional "tourist traps" and into the "authentic" feel of old Japan. Everything was so easy!

In addition to all the amazing places we visited, the ryokan they booked for us in Kyoto was fantastic and was clearly one of the highlights of our trip.  The room, the staff, the food...what an experience.  We'll never forget the wonderful memories we got from our short time in Japan, and it was all made possible by the excellent team at Michi Travel Japan. Tokyo and Kyoto

Traveled to Tokyo, Hakone, and Kyoto

First, we went for a day around Tokyo and succeeded in combining several outings.  A visit to the fish market plus an early lunch among the Japanese was followed by an hour performance in the Kabuki theatre, which was just enough for us to get a taste of traditional Japan and enabled us to be among a true Japanese audience.

The introduction to the Tokyo Metro was very useful and the visit to Tadao Ando's Omotesando Hills, recently opened, was an unexpected pleasure.  Then, Michi Travel Japan booked for us train tickets and Ryokans in Hakone and Kyoto, all impeccably arranged.  The advice to do the contemporary things in Tokyo, and the temples in Kyoto was wise.  Our trip to Japan was short but had wide variation.

Japan appeared to be a country not as difficult for foreigners as we expected.  Everybody is very helpful in your country and very friendly, more so than in Holland I might add.  Travelling by train was easy and punctual.  Imagine the train cars stopping exactly at the mentioned number on the platform!  Never seen such thing, so practical too!

We had a great time, it was only too short, so we will be back!

Traveled to Tokyo, Kyoto and Nara

It was our pleasure to travel with Michi Travel Japan and many thanks for all the help, and recommendations.  We were able to visit places where we wouldn’t have gone without your help.  My husband, daughter and I had a great time in Kyoto and Nara.  In Nara Park, where deer are walking around freely, we managed to escape the chewing of the hungry but sacred deer in the park!!
