Shiroganeya Yamashiro Onsen [Ishikawa Prefecture]

The history of Shiroganeya is back to 1624.  Located in Yamashiro onsen hot spring area near Kanazawa, the 180 year-old main building is registered as a national tangible cultural property, showing the beauty of Kaga architecture.  In addition, the hot spring at Shiroganeya has been constantly flowing for more than 300 years. Upon arrival, guests will be served with green tea and Japanese sweets in the historical tea room with a beautiful Japanese garden view.  Full-course Kaga-style Japanese dinner is served in a private dining room, using locally grown Kaga vegetables and seafood.  Guests can enjoy fresh crabs from local ports in the winter.
