Two-and-a-half hour train ride from Tokyo, Kawazu is situated on the shores of Pacific Ocean with temperate climate throughout the year.
Kayuutei, luxuriously located right in front of Kawazu beach, is a cozy Japanese style ryokan with only 12 rooms. Each room commands an ocean view. You can have a relaxing time listening to the sound of the waves, or soak in a hot spring under the moon, or walk along the beach. The highlight is a course dinner served in your room, taking full advantage of fresh seafood from the nearby sea. |

Driving time greatly differs depending on season since in peak season there is a traffic jam.
