Cancellation Policy for Accommodation

A cancellation of accommodations are subject to the following charges.

Date of cancellation request received by us	Cancellation Charges
7 or more days prior to the date of stay	No charge
6-3 days prior to the date of stay	20% of the accommodation rate
2 days prior to the date of stay	50% of the accommodation rate
1-0 days prior to the date of stay, or non-appearance	100% of the accommodation rate

- In case of cancellation after the payment of the travel cost is completed, the amount deducting cancellation charges and bank handling charges from the amount already paid will be remitted to the bank account specified by the customer.

- Date of cancellation refers to the date and time when cancellation notice is received by us based on Japan time, instead of the local date and time when cancellation notice is sent from the customer.
